What is the leadtime on sinks and tables?

Our leadtime is usually between ten days and two weeks but please contact us to confirm this.

How should I clean stainless steel?

It is good practice to clean equipment immediately after use. Most substances or dirt can be removed by washing with soap or mild detergent and warm/hot water, followed by a clean water rinse, drying with a soft cloth to prevent water-marks. For more stubborn substances, a non-abrasive multi-purpose cream cleaner, without added bleach, may be used (e.g. Cif Original cream cleaner). This should be applied with a soft damp cloth, followed by a clean water rinse and drying.

You don't list the size I want. Can you make custom sizes?

Yes, nearly all our products can be made to custom sizes at little or no extra cost. Please call us for a quote.

Will I get my order by Christmas?

1mm stainless steel splashbacks ordered up to 10.30am on Monday 21st will be sent out for a scheduled delivery before Christmas. The cut off time for 8mm splashbacks is 10.30am on Friday 18th December. Please call about other products.

When are closed over the Christmas Period?

We are closed from midday on 23rd December and return on 4th January 2010. Any orders placed during the Christmas holiday will be processed on 4th January 2010.
